Anne Sidio

Anne is a people-focused change agent, bringing a balance of cost and culture to all of her roles. As a 28-year Human Resources professional, her roles have allowed her to bring her energy and expertise to organizations ranging from Fortune 100 to start-ups and many in between. Her most recent work has focused on Transformation, aligning people, process, and technology to drive successful business outcomes through extensive change, while always ensure that her teams have a lot of fun along the way. Anne has been an internal and external consultant, an internal and external recruiter, and has been a corporate executive for the past 15 years. Anne loves building and supporting all that she works with, and has an incredible track record of growing female talent on every team she is a part of. 

Outside of work, Anne spends time with her family, both human and furry, and volunteers at the St Thomas food pantry, NNHS in the incubator (shark tank) program and at A.D.O.P.T animal shelter. She loves to travel, read, crochet (learning), and spend time with her closest girlfriends. She is thrilled to bring her energy to Beautifully EmpowHERed as a board member and volunteer, supporting and empowering women in every way possible!
