Retail Coordinator (Full-Time + Part-Time)
Role Overview
The Retail Coordinator leads the day-to-day operations of Beautifully EmpowHERed’s Career Clothing Closet, donation intake, and online resale platforms. This role is critical to BE’s sustainability and retail-forward strategy and plays a key part in generating revenue to support our mission.
This position is ideal for someone who is high-energy, organized, sales-focused, and passionate about fashion, resale, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Career Clothing Closet
Drive in-center sales and customer engagement
Oversee donation intake, sorting, and inventory flow
Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandising
Manage online resale platforms and selling apps
Coordinate and support volunteers assisting with retail operations
Partner with marketing to increase foot traffic and sales
Track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications
Retail, resale, or sales experience preferred
Experience with online selling platforms strongly preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics
Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
Program & Volunteer Coordinator (Part-Time)
Role Overview
The Program & Volunteer Coordinator supports the coordination of BE’s programs, clients, and volunteer engagement. This role ensures that participants and volunteers experience clear communication, structure, and support while helping maintain smooth program operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is people-centered, highly organized, and passionate about nonprofit and community-based work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate participant communication and scheduling across programs
Support programs including Big Sis Little Sis and EmpowHER Network
Recruit, onboard, and schedule volunteers
Maintain volunteer communication, expectations, and engagement
Track volunteer hours and participation
Support intake, referrals, and client connections to resources
Assist with program logistics, calendars, and documentation
Qualifications
Experience in nonprofit programs, volunteer coordination, social work, or human services preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
