Heather Martinez is a passionate advocate and leader dedicated to supporting women and families. She has served extensively in the infertility community, including her role as Board President of The Stork Foundation and as founder of Pineapple Squad, a nonprofit support group for those navigating infertility. Beyond this work, Heather serves as Associate Director of the Illinois Council on Problem Gambling, where she advances education and resources for mental health providers. She is also the founder of Fearless In A Dress, a consulting business that empowers women and small business owners through strategy, leadership, and community building. Heather brings both professional expertise and personal heart to every role she takes on. Above all, she is most proud to be “Mom” to her three children — Eliza, Violet, and Adrian.
