Dr. Maria Malayter brings extensive experience in organizational change, leadership development, mental fitness, and wellness to the Beautifully EmpowHered board. As a CEO/Founder of Innovations in Change LLC and a faculty member for the School of Business Faculty at Western Governors University, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to women in advancing their leadership, well-being, and joy in life.

Dr. Malayter earned her PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change, a certificate in women’s entrepreneurship from Cornell University, and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. (NBC-HWC).  Dr. Maria has built an impressive career focused on advancing leadership, learning & development, worksite wellness, and consulting.
