Naperville, IL - Beautifully EmpowHERed (BE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through mentorships, mental health support, and career development, is proud to host the upcoming HER Story Conference, taking place on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at NIU Naperville.
The HER Story Conference creates a space where women can share their experiences, build community, and find strength in one another’s journeys. Rooted in BE’s mission, the conference highlights the power of authentic storytelling as a tool for healing, confidence building, and leadership.
Women today navigate countless roles and responsibilities, often feeling the weight of expectations to manage it all seamlessly. The HER Story Conference invites women ages 18 and older to move beyond the idea of constant balance and instead reflect on how to create a life rooted in purpose, authenticity, and fulfillment.
This year's conference brings together dynamic speakers, mental health professionals, community leaders, and powerful storytellers to lead meaningful conversations centered on the realities women face today. Topics include resilience, identity, career growth, well-being, boundaries, financial strength, and challenging the narratives women have long been given.
Attendees can expect a full day of connection, inspiration, and practical tools they can take with them beyond the conference. Through shared experiences and honest conversation, this event brings BE’s mission to life by creating space for reflection, empowerment, and community.
