Beautifully EmpowHERed Inspires Women Technicians at Lexus Event
Naperville, IL - Beautifully EmpowHERed (BE) was honored to receive a generous $500 donation for the opportunity to speak at a recent event hosted by Lexus at Hotel Arista in Naperville, Illinois. The event brought together women technicians from across Illinois and provided an opportunity to celebrate, connect with, and empower these women working in traditionally male-dominated fields.
As part of the event, Bree Casey, Founder of Beautifully EmpowHERed, and Patti Minglin, CEO of Go Girl Communications and a proud BE Board Member, presented on the topic of "Owning Your Voice & Presence." Their presentation focused on confidence, communication, personal strengths, and the importance of showing up authentically in both professional and personal settings. Through engaging discussions and shared experiences, they encouraged attendees to recognize their value, advocate for themselves, and embrace their unique leadership potential.
In addition to the presentation, Bree and Patti had the opportunity to connect with the technicians throughout the event, discussing workplace experiences, career growth, personal development, and the importance of building supportive communities.
